[Pgpool-general] pgpool HA stuff kind of broken with heartbeat-2.1.3

Hi James,

OCF scrpit runs on root privilleges and we really don't want to run 
pgpool as root.
That's why there's some 'su' here. You can also change the user you want 
to run, but I don't recommend to remove.
