[pgpool-hackers: 3882] Fix: log_directory in pgpool.conf.sample-*

Hi,

The default value of log_directory is "/tmp/pgpool_logs".
In pgpool.conf.sample-*, although log_directory is commented out, "/tmp/pgpool_log" 
is set to it. I think this should fix to prevent confusing users.
