[pgpool-general: 7884] Clean up some code using "(expr) ? true : false"

Hi



When I reviewed the code, I found that

some code paths were already using a boolean or used an expression that led to zero or one, making the extra bits unnecessary.



So I made a patch for this problem, such as the attachment.
