[pgpool-general: 4490] Unable to start Database Automatically during Online Recovery

I am unable to start database automatically after clicking 'Recovery'
button from pgpoolAdmin. If I start the database manually after clicking
the button everything works fine.

Any Idea what is the problem?

I am using PostgreSQL 9.3 and pgpool II 3.4. Please see the attachments.

Regards,
Giles.
