Could you give me more details so I can try to reproduce this issue.

I am under the impression that our provider doesn't want to do their jobs (as usual).

This sounds like an old bug which was fixed in 3.2.3.  If you're still
able to reproduce this with 3.2.3, you'll likely need to provide the
pgpool log that includes the problem.
