[pgpool-general: 2010] PDF format of the documentation

Hi all,

I would like to have a PDF version of the official documentation
(http://www.pgpool.net/docs/latest/pgpool-en.html).

I cloned the repository and the doc directory only contains the .html
format. Is there a source of this documentation, sgml or restructured
text or markdown ? If yes, where is it ? because I can convert it to the
PDF format.
