浅羽様　早速の返信ありがとうございます。

pgpool-IIのパージョンは「pgpool-II-1.0.2」で、
インストールした場所は
/usr/local/pgpool
です。

せっかく指示をいただいたのに恐縮ですが、
coreファイルは無いようなのです。
サーバ内をfindで検索してみましたが、

/usr/src/kernels/2.6.9-55.EL-hugemem-i686/sound/core
/var/named/chroot/proc/sys/net/core
/proc/sys/net/core

などは出てきましたが、さすがにこれらは無関係のようですし・・・。
ダメ元でそのままコマンドをたたいて見ましたが、
やはりダメでした・・・。

私の方で何か勘違いしていますでしょうか？
