[Pgpool-hackers] pgpool-II 3.2 development started!

Hi pgpool hackers,

Now that pgpool-II 3.1 has been releaed, I created a branch tag
V3_1_STABLE. Any fixes for 3.1 should go into the tree (and should be
applied to HEAD and other branches if neccessary).

Now CVS HEAD is for 3.2 development. Please propose new features,
enhancements and fixes for 3.2!

I'm going to check in the memory query cache mega patches to CVS HEAD
this weekend.
