[Pgpool-hackers] tutorial-zh_cn.html almost finished with some problem

Hi, Tatsuo Ishii,

I think you just made a little mistake( also there's a little bug in
the english version of tutorial, it has two 3.2.2 section), you used
the content of section 3.2.2 to recover 3.2.3 section's.

So there's still the problem.
