We do not use Dreamweaver or whatever fancy HTML editor. Just we use
ordinary text editos.

I also Cced to pgpool-hackers. Please subscribe the list.

There's no particular deadline at this point. But I would like to
include the Chinese documents/translations into upcoming 3.1, which is
supposed to be released by the end of August.

BTW, there are another translation projects for French and Germany. I
don't how is the progress though. I would like to include in 3.1 as
well but they do not finish the work, 3.1 will be released without
them.
