[Pgpool-hackers] 3.0.2 release

[Tatsuo Ishii]

Actually 3.0-stable had not include walrecrunning function at all. We
identified other problems (fixes made to HEAD did not apply to
3.0-stable) also.

In summary 3.0.2 was bad and canceled and we are preparing 3.0.3. Will
be released in next week.
