[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II 3.0 and Postgres 9.0

Sorry - the error message (even with that configure command you gave) is:

checking for pg_config... no
checking for PQexecPrepared in -lpq... no
configure: error: libpq is not installed or libpq is old


Do I have to do anything special when I install Postgres?  Everything is there
