[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II upgrade questions

make uninstall should do the job. Overwriting old version is harmless
as well.

I recommend to upgrade pgpoolAdmin too. If you use pgpoolAdmin 1.0
with pgpool-II 2.3.3, you cannot see/edit some of configuration
parameters. You can manualy edit pgpool.conf though.
