[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II 2.2.3 released

I believe pgpool-II 2.2.3 does not use 8.4 parser.
(However CVS HEAD uses 8.4 parser).

Note that pgpool-II 2.2.3 runs fine with 8.4 backend except that
WITH... is not recognized as variant of SELECT thus WITH is not load
balanced.
