[Pgpool-general] pgpool-II 2.2.3 released

Cool, awesome gonna make a deb pkg and test it out :) too
Btw, stupid question here but,  I notice the usage of the PG 8.4  
parser but  that should not affect  whether pgpool is compiled on a  
system with 8.3 , right ?
