[Pgpool-general] Looking for Assistance

We are looking for some (possibly paid) assistance in developing
scripts or programs to do the follow:

1.  Start up a new pgpool mode via Amazon EC2.
2.  Have the data sync over so that it is up-to-date
3.  Attach it to an existing pgpool system such that it is used for queries.

I have looked a bit and have come close, but the recovery process with
pgpool seems a little bit confusing.  Has anyone gotten this far, and
willing to help educate me a bit on the procedure?
