As far as I know, there's no such an error message "Failed to set caps on main pgpool process" in the pgpool source code. How did you install the pgpool? |

I installed pgpool from the packages on the ISO that Astra Linux 1.6 SE comes with. |

I am not familiar with Astra Linux. Since it seems Astra Linux customized the pgpool source code, I suggest you to get help from a vendor who provides support for Astra Linux. |
