Thanks for the patch. The patch looks good to me and am going to apply
it.

Yes, we follow the PostgreSQL project guidelines, except we don't have
pgsql-docs or pgsql-bugs mailing list. The reason we don't have
pgpool-docs is, we don't have enough traffic for the topics. The
reason for absence of pgpool-bugs is, we have mantis bug tracking
system instead of course.
