[pgpool-general: 8692] Host where failover script is executed

Hi all,

I've seen that in failover script example the promote command is executed
in new primary host via ssh.

However, in my environment ssh is not needed because failover is executed
in the new primary host. Is this the expected behaviour?

My environment is pgpool 4.3.2 with 2 nodes running postgres 11 and pgpool
with watchdog enabled.
