[pgpool-general: 7469] delegate ip

Hi,
I have three azure virtual machines that installed Pgpool-II with version
4.2.2 and postgresql 13. I have set a private address as delegate IP
address from my subnet. I can ping the delegate ip from only one server. Is
it right? Or can all servers confirm to  ping to the virtual IP address.
