Thanks for that. Actually I am using 4.2.2  (from the Bitnami postgresql-ha
Kubernetes Helm chart) in production and was just using 4.1.4 because 4.2.2
is on a Kubernetes cluster using someone else's pre-built images. To debug
I wanted to reduce the complexity so tested locally with official Ubuntu
packages. So I will need to wait until this comes out for the 4.2 line.
