I am Debian user, so I can only confirm I am facing this issue on Debian. I did not test on other distros'

> Unfortunately not. I have upgraded to stable package in Debian Buster repo but I still face this problem. After my report I've got no feedback so I am still hoping in the new release it will be fixed. I have this problem couple of months already and it does not help me sleep very well. 

I wonder if the problem only happens on Debian based systems.
