I assume your question is "SELECT * FROM
pg_logical_slot_get_changes()" works via Pgpool-II or not. Also I
assume that your logical replication publishers are always on the
streaming replication primary host. If so, the answer is yes, as long
as you properly redirct the SELECT to the primary host using
black/white function list.
