[pgpool-general: 6883] pgpooladmin

Dear Colleagues
I have setup of two pg servers ( repmgr replication ) with additional
server as pgpool .

the repmgr works seems fine between pgdb1 and pgdb2  as below:

from pgpool server using postgres user:
the output as follow:

the problem appears from pgpooladmin web interface when I tried to
disconnect and stop only backend server fro example stop pgdb2 , i got
error in pgdb2 logs as below

any hint for such error ?
