Pgpool says:
2020-07-20 09:24:15: pid 4076: LOG: failover: set new primary node: -1
2020-07-20 09:24:15: pid 4076: LOG: failover: set new master node: 1
When was the PostgreSQL promoted? My wild guess is, the promotion took
too long time and pgpool missed it.
