[pgpool-general: 6775] PCP process not started

Hi, I want to create installation of pgpool according to documentation on
webpage   <https://www.pgpool.net/docs/latest/en/html/example-cluster.html>
https://www.pgpool.net/docs/latest/en/html/example-cluster.html.

I'm using Centos 7 with Potgresql-11 and pgpool 4.1. 

My installation failed. I found out that every time that I set parameter
master_slave_mode = on, process PCP doesn't start.

I don't know what is wrong and how this two processes are connected.

Do you have any idea what I do make wrong?
