[pgpool-general: 5273] PgPool nodes detaching

Hi

We are trialing a small PgPool system running in replication node using 
two nodes running Postgres 9.5 DBs, and a third node running PgPool 
3.4.3-1. All three servers are Google Compute Engines running ubunto 16.0.4

Everything works well normally, but occasionally one of the two node 
becomes detached. There is no consistancy to this and no reported events.

What logging should I enable to try and track the cause.
