[pgpool-general: 5288] recovery_2nd_stage_command command is not executing

Hi All,

I am having a situation where recovery_2nd_stage_command is not executing
during recovery.

1. Installed PGPool using RPMs.
2. Configured recovery 1st stage and 2nd stage commands in pgpool.conf. The
recovery scripts are placed in postgresql data directory.
3. I have installer recovery functions using "CREATE EXTENSION
pgpool_recovery"
Observation - When I recover a failed node, only recovery_1st_stage and
pgpool_remote_start commands are executed. But recovery_2nd_stage command
is not getting executed. Can somebody please suggest if I am missing
anything in setting up recovery functions.

My Environment is as below -
CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core)
pgpool-II-pg94-3.6.1
postgresql94-9.4.7-1PGDG

2 nodes setup in stream replication mode.
