[pgpool-general: 5298] Pgpool Startup issue

Hi,

My pgpool was working fine but now I get the bellow error and it wont
start(after a sudden shut down):

I restarted it-- > no luck
I'm on centos 7. I read somethings about startup script but have no clue
about them.
Your help is appritiated.
