[pgpool-general: 5069] Strange behaviour with the pgpool 3.3.3

Hi,
We have installed pgpool (pgpool-II version 3.3.3 (tokakiboshi)) on a 2-node cluster with PostgreSQL 9.3.8 with PostgreSQL native replication (Active - passive standby).
When we start the pgpool, it runs fine but after sometime we have issues in accessing the server using ssh protocol. not sure if its causing any issues to the SSH ports or iptables and was able to see only the below errors / messages in the pgpool logs / system logs.

>From an application perspective, we are using connection pool (IIS and Python framework).
can anyone let me know what could be the issue.
