[pgpool-general: 4572] pcp_systemdb_info command not found

Hi All,
I have pgpool 3.5 and postgresql 9.5.1 on gentoo x64.When i try to install pgpollAdmin i cannot pass the check for:  pcp_systemdb_info command not found.
Pgpool is compiled from sources.Any idea why i do not have this executable ?
