[pgpool-general: 4714] pgpool-ha-3.0

Ок. Problem is in Permission on directory /var/run/pgpool/  After changing
permission to posgres:postgres pgpool started successfully. But after
reboot permission is again root:root. Pgpool installed from pgpool-II Yum
Repository.
