[pgpool-general: 4817] failed to create watchdog receive socket

Hi,


This is the second time I get this error.  In previous reply to my question it was suggested to check listen_addresses value,but I already have the '*' value.  Now that I got the error again, I would appreciate maybe getting something that will lead me to finding the cause of this error.
