Hi,

When we have the problem happening, there was no problem with the configuration. The restart the pgpool process could fix the issue. But we keep getting the error.

We had communicated this issue in Nov. 2015, and we had sent the logs as requested.

Hi

The most probable cause of this error is the difference in PostgreSQL backend node configurations. More specifically check the pg_hba.conf entries of all PostgreSQL nodes and the client_min_message configuration value of all PostgreSQL backend nodes must be same.
