[pgpool-general: 3416] FATAL: unable to read data from frontend + Pgpool 3.4.0

Hi Team,

After setting the load-balancing with pgpool 3.4.0 with PostgreSQL 9.3.5 on
RHEL 6.5 machine. I see lot of messages " FATAL:  unable to read data from
frontend". However, there's nothing problem with load-balancing its working
fine without any issues. But lot of these messages.

Logs:

Any help ? Please let me know if any other details required to fix it.
