[pgpool-general: 4246] Pgpool logs

Hi,

I would like to know, exactly what is meant by errors in pgpool logs like:

do_child: failback event found. restart myself.
do_child: failback event found. discard existing connections

Pgpool is used by us to a large application written for the Ministry of 
Finance.
