[pgpool-general: 3616] version Option

Hello,

I am playing with Pgpool and Pgpooladmin. I wanted add feature autodetect
version of pgpool on pgpooladmin when you are installing pgpooladmin.

One thinkg i saw is the version option on  pgpool (-v) the output is to
stderr, i thinks it should be to stdout. I make a little patch
