[pgpool-general: 2270] Failover command behaviour and handover of VIP address when watchdog crashed

Hello All,

Can you please help with the following questions:

- My topology is consisted of 3 postgres and 2 pgpool nodes. The idea is to
have postgreSQL at least 1 sever running as cold standby but when I start
PGpool is starting to failover even the master is up. How can I ignore this
behaviour?

- Do you have any idea how to solve the problem if pgpool dies and the VIP
is still on the node?
