[pgpool-general: 2227] Faiback command

Hello All,

Can you please elaborate a little bit more when the failback command is
triggered?

My topology is with 3 postgresql servers and pgpool for management. When I
start a node I would to be automatically federated to the cluster. I was
wondering for health_check_max_retry option to zero so DBs are monitored
all the time.
