[pgpool-general: 1394] child process crash

Pgpool: 3.2.1
Postgresql: 9.1.6
mode: statement replication

We are seeing some segfault from pgpool child process.

pgpool.log :
2013-02-15 00:29:29 ERROR: pid 4478: Child process 4972 was terminated by
segmentation fault

postgresql log :
[2013-02-15 00:29:29.482
KST][10.10.10.31(59440)][smailrealdb][smail_dml][[unknown]][5712][08P01]LOG:
 unexpected EOF on client connection

jboss log :
00:29:29,491 INFO  [STDOUT] org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: An I/O error
occured while sending to the backend.

Through these logs, I just guess that...
1. Receiving a request from jboss, pgpool terminates the  child process and
throws segfaults exception.
2. The postgresql complains about Unexpected EOF on the client.
3. Jboss prints out the error "An I/O error occured while sending to the
backend."

I have got some research on my own and found some possibilities...
1. pgpool goes down with jboss running?
- No.

2. Have you killed child process or done pg_terminate_backend?
- Yes, might be though, the segfaults occurs periodically.

Is there another possibilities? If so, how can I fix it?

Any adivce would be very appreciated..
