[pgpool-general: 2340] superuser: unknown (Connection error)

Hello,

I have a problem with pgpooladmin. I have the information, that - 
superuser: unknown (Connection error) (see attachment - 
pgpooladmin_statement.jpg). Please help me, what should I do to solve 
the problem. Thefunction - pgpool_pgctl - is installed correctly, I 
think. For example function "SELECT pgpool_pgctl('reload', '')" return 
true:

postgres at pgcl1:~> psql template1 -c "SELECT pgpool_pgctl('reload', '')";
  pgpool_pgctl
--------------
  t
(1 row)

A superuser whose name is same as the pgpoolAdmin's login user exists in 
the backend. PgpoolAdmin's login user is postgres.
