[pgpool-general: 529] Pgpool doesn't start: Unable to create semaphores

Hi,
I've successfully installed and configured pgpool on a machine and now 
I'm trying to replicate it on a second machine to use in case of 
failover but I get these errors:

2012-05-28 15:30:30 ERROR: pid 5924: could not create 3 semaphores: No 
space left on device
2012-05-28 15:30:30 ERROR: pid 5924: Unable to create semaphores. Exiting...

The servers have the same hardware and running software.

Any help will be appreciated.
