I tried but was unable to reproduce your problem.
The state change of ps is something like this:

"wait for connection request" ->accept(2) connection from client ->
"accept connection" -> connects to backend -> "t-ishii test [local]
idle" ...

So "accept connection" lasts very short period and usually cannot be
observed. The process "accept connection" lasts long?
