[pgpool-general: 202] Re: pgpool-II 3.1.2 and 3.0.6 released

Very Very disappointed that my patch for the extended query support to 
work properly in MASTER_SLAVE and LOAD_BALANCE mode (pool_where_to_send 
being called when it's unnecessary) didn't make it in.

What do I have to do to get that patch included?
