No subject

#cp /some/where/pgpool.conf /usr/local/etc
# chown apache /usr/local/etc/pgpool.conf
# cp /some/where/pcp.conf /usr/local/etc
# chown apache /usr/local/etc/pcp.conf

Do i need to create an apache user?
