Thanks for your answer, I have installed the repository of PostgreSQL 9.0 for CentOS 6. I have executed yum search pgpool and pgpool-ha is not present. Is this the correct repository?

http://yum.postgresql.org will have pgpool-ha along with pgpool-II-3.1 for PostgreSQL 9.1 and 9.0 in half an hour.
