お世話になります。
神谷と申します。
ご指摘の通り、使用しているデータベースにpgpool-regclassをインストールしておりませんでした。
psql -f pgpool-regclass.sql template1だけ実行しておりました。
使用しているデータベースにpgpool-regclassをインストールし期待通りの動作をすることを確認いたしました。
同様にinsert_lockテーブルについてもpsql -f insert_lock.sql template1しか実行していないことに
気がつき、使用しているデータベースにinsert_lockテーブルを作成しました。
その過程でinsert_lock.sqlに加えて
GRANT USAGE ON SCHEMA pgpool_catalog TO PUBLIC;
がないと、すべてのroleでinsert_lockが使えなかったことを報告いたします。
