[Pgpool-hackers] Migration to Git

My plan is moving to git completed by the end of this week or next
week. Regarding the list of name/email pairs, I will work on it by the
end of this week.

Please note that we need to move other repositories (pgpoolAdmin,
pgpoo-HA and pgpool-web) as well. I expect the moving for them are
done by the end of this month.
