[Pgpool-hackers] New pgpool web page pre open

Hi,

The new pgpool site has just opened. URL is http://www.pgpool.net.
This site will be successor of pgfoundry.org. Currently web contents
and downloads are provided. Bug track and mailing list service will be
provided by the end of this month.

We will continute to enhance the site. Comments and opinions are
welcome!

Note: the site will be down by a scheduled maintenance from Sat, 12
November 5:00 to 21:00 JST.
