Why? We have a policy to keep maintaing pgpool-II 3.0.x. 3.0.x is
happily working with PostgreSQL 9.0.4 etc. However 9.0.5 etc. will not
work with pgpool-II 3.0.x any more because of the "fix" made. I think
we should allow 3.0.x users to use 9.0.5 etc.
